Thanks to its user-friendly interface, fast processing and personalized features, the app received positive feedback from various age groups of users. Most notably, a large number of visitors were young people, who are a potential group for the modern consumer finance trend. For them, financial apps need to be not only quick and easy to use, but also capable of understanding their individual needs. This is also the essential direction in FE CREDIT's digital transformation strategy. Thousands of app downloads and positive visitor feedback at the event demonstrated the appeal of FE ONLINE 2.0. Mr. Minh Tuấn (28 years old, from Tan Phu District), a visitor at the event, shared: " I used to think consumer loans involved complicated procedures and a lot of travel. However, after being introduced to and guided through using FE ONLINE 2.0, I found it very easy. The joy of receiving gifts and closed conversations with the consultation team created a natural and friendly connection between the brand and customers. The appearance of FE ONLINE 2.0 app at Cashless Day 2025 clearly demonstrated FE CREDIT’s commitment to supporting the Government and the State Bank of Vietnam in promoting digital transformation for the finance and banking sector. Especially in rural and remote areas, where traditional financial services remain limited, technology has become a key solution. Through the FE ONLINE 2.0 app, customers across different regions can easily reach consumer finance products and receive online consultation, helping bridge the gap in access to services between regions. Benefits for Gen Z in the era of digital consumer finance Alongside interesting activities at the booths, another highlight of Cashless Day 2025 was the workshop named “Live Digitally – Live Fully”, which was themed “Benefits for Gen Z in era of digital transformation consumer lending”. At this session, the representative from FE CREDIT and experts in finance, banking, and technology, shared their perspectives on digital consumption trends and new financial habits of the community, especially Gen Z – a generation benefiting from digital consumer finance services and products. According to FE CREDIT’s representative, Gen Z is the first generation to grow up entirely in a digital environment, where information about business, investment, economics, and society can be easily found and shared. This shapes their open-minded and distinct approach in managing personal finance. This generation has gradually changed their perception of the term “borrowing”, which is no longer a burden but an investment to fulfill their legitimate needs, such as education, entrepreneurship, technology, travel experience, and consumer lending solutions that serve as their foundation to achieve greater aspirations. Moreover, Gen Z has a higher risk tolerance than previous generations which is not due to their recklessness, but because they are educated about finance, earning and managing money from an early age. This fosters their independent and proactive financial mindset. As a result, credit institutions and finance companies are entering an era, where Gen Z is no longer passive end-users but trendsetters defining new standards for the market. Digital transformation at enterprises is not merely a technology race but a long-term strategy aimed at enhancing user experience, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and putting the customer at the center of all change. With a modern financial mindset, Gen Z is contributing to a shift in the consumer finance market. Photo: FE CREDIT. The workshop wrapped up with a strong message, which was that living digitally wasn't just about convenience, but it is about making thoughtful plans and being responsible for financial choices. Gen Z contributes to shaping a more modern and transparent consumer finance market by their exceptional digital adaptability, fresh financial mindset, and proactive decision-making. With a strong commitment as well as methodical and comprehensive digital strategies, FE CREDIT is continually improving the quality of consumer finance products and services in Vietnam, helping every resident access financial solutions quickly, safely, and sustainably. On June 14th – 15th, 2025, FE CREDIT participated in Cashless Day 2025 alongside VPBank, as a member of the VPBank financial ecosystem. This annual event aims to shape and reinforce habits, drive behavioral changes in the adoption of digital payment methods and platforms, and affirm the strategic role of cashless transactions to contribute to the Government's “Scheme on Cashless Payment Promotion in Vietnam for the 2021-2025 Period.”
