Thời gian qua, nhiều người bất ngờ nhận một số tiền không rõ nguồn gốc được chuyển vào tài khoản ngân hàng của mình và ngay sau đó có người lạ liên hệ đòi lại khoản tiền "chuyển nhầm" trên. Đây là một trong những hình thức lừa đảo, FE CREDIT khuyến cáo khách hàng hết sức cảnh giác.
Cụ thể, bằng nhiều hình thức tinh vi, các đối tượng lừa đảo đã thu thập các thông tin cá nhân như tên, số điện thoại...của người dân và sau đó cố ý chuyển nhầm tiền đến tài khoản của người bị hại. Mục đích của hành vi này là để bắt buộc nạn nhân vay tiền dù không có nhu cầu. Sau khi nạn nhân nhận được tiền, các đối tượng sẽ giả mạo là nhân viên thu hồi nợ của một công ty tài chính để liên hệ và yêu cầu họ trả lại số tiền đã nhận như một khoản vay với lãi suất cao.
FE CREDIT khuyến cáo khách hàng nâng cao cảnh giác và thực hiện các biện pháp sau để tránh bị kẻ gian lừa đảo:🔺Khi nhận được tiền chuyển khoản nhầm, người nhận lưu ý không sử dụng số tiền ấy vào chi tiêu cá nhân và chỉ làm việc với ngân hàng để hoàn trả lại cho người chuyển nhầm, tuyệt đối không chuyển lại tiền cho người lạ khi không có bên thứ ba làm chứng.
🔺Nếu nhận được cuộc gọi từ ngân hàng, cần xác minh số điện thoại có đúng là của ngân hàng hay không. Ngoài ra, chủ tài khoản có thể chủ động liên hệ ngân hàng để thông báo về việc nhận tiền chuyển nhầm và yêu cầu ngân hàng kiểm tra và xử lý. Để chắc chắn, người dân nên đến các chi nhánh, trụ sở ngân hàng để thực hiện xác minh. Trường hợp nghi vấn có dấu hiệu lừa đảo, cần báo ngay cho cơ quan công an để được xử lý theo quy định.
🔺Tuyệt đối không cung cấp thông tin bảo mật như: Mật khẩu truy cập tài khoản, mật khẩu giao dịch 1 lần (OTP) cho bất cứ ai và dưới bất cứ hình thức nào, đồng thời cảnh giác với các yêu cầu truy cập đường link website, đăng nhập, cung cấp thông tin tài khoản.
🔺Không chia sẻ các thông tin cá nhân như số điện thoại, địa chỉ, CMND/CCCD, số tài khoản...công khai trên các trang mạng xã hội.

Most notably, a large number of visitors were young people, who are a potential group for the modern consumer finance trend.
